Wear part replacements are easy to identify, and inspection can be done on-site or via video calls and images, simplifying the process.

Our subscription-based spare parts agreement ensures regular delivery of critical wear parts such as rebound protection and grid plates at a fixed annual cost. The agreement includes annual inspection, support, and discounts on other parts, providing predictable costs and reliable operation.

For CORE-R products, or customers who cannot replace spare parts themselves on CORE-S, we collaborate with certified partners specialized in our systems for professional maintenance and service.
Customers can also maintain a local stock of wear parts. The spare parts are the same for both indoor and outdoor systems, simplifying inventory management and providing quick access.
