Flexotrap’s bullet trap system is built on our CORE platform, which stands for Comply, Organize, Recycle, and Elevate – a comprehensive solution ensuring environmental compliance, scalable capacity, circular material handling, and high performance.

We primarily focus on CORE-S (steel), our steel-based series, where high-quality steel grids are the core of the design. We use Ramor SR500 – a special-purpose, high-quality steel. CORE-S is developed to offer:

• Maximum durability and wear resistance with materials that withstand all climates and temperatures, as well as extreme wear over time.
• Low maintenance costs thanks to our modular design and the ability to easily flip and replace grid plates.
• Self-maintainability where users can easily perform routine inspections and spare part replacements without the need for special tools or external support.
• Cost-effective spare parts agreements ensuring continuous operation and access to critical components.

The modules are delivered pre-assembled and can be linked together with simple hand movements without the help of specially trained technicians, facilitating installation and flexibility in use.

The CORE series enables rapid deployment, flexible scalability, and easy conversion when needs change. Our technical design includes a top-mounted ventilation connection and a customized emptying function – all to optimize operational reliability and user-friendliness.
