Flexotrap AB has been awarded a contract to deliver its environmentally adapted and modular shooting range systems to the Groupe d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale (GIGN), France’s national intervention and counter-terrorism unit. The agreement marks an important step in Flexotrap’s continued expansion across Europe’s defence and security sector. .
The systems delivered include multiple CORE-S modules designed to meet demanding operational requirements in dynamic and tactical training environments. They will support advanced marksmanship, scenario-based training and high-intensity exercises where mobility, safety and environmental compliance are critical.
The agreement reflects the growing need among European defence and law-enforcement users for modern, sustainable and high-performance training infrastructure. Flexotrap’s technology enables safe and efficient ammunition containment, supports material recycling and complies with current and upcoming EU environmental regulations, including standards related to lead management and material recovery.

The agreement has been carried out in close cooperation with Flexotrap’s local partner in France, FGCI. Deliveries to GIGN are scheduled to begin during the initial part of 2026.
